How can I book you and order products?

or click on any of the Shop Now - buttons
to get directly to the ordering page.
If you are a new customer, you will need to sign up. (It’s quick and easy).

Please book ahead of time to make sure that your time / day is available.

How do I pay?

You can pay online at the ordering page with your Card. (Preferred method)
I also take
- Checks
- Cash
(checks and cash prior to shoot or on day of shoot)

How do I receive the photos etc?

Photos:
Next day by 4:00 PM (Unless you pick an express delivery)
Videos: 48 hours
Matterport: 48 hours
Virtually staged: Up to 48 hours

Booking available in following towns/cities: (and more)

River Falls, Hudson, Ellsworth, Prescott, Eau Claire, New Richmond, Roberts,
Hammond, Baldwin, Woodville, Spring Valley, Star Prairie, Menomonie, Somerset
Minnesota:
Minneapolis, St.Paul, Woodbury, Lake Elmo, Stillwater, Maplewood, Newport, Hastings,
Red Wing, Mendota Heights, up to White Bear Lake etc.

How many photos will I get?

We believe that quality is more important than too many photos that take too long
to browse through. With tons of experience, we know what to look for and what angles
work best to sell the property.
To make things simple, we broke it down to 4 categories:

15 images
Best for a condo, small home with a couple of bedrooms and not much yard.
25 - 30 images
Best for a medium home with 3 bedrooms and no extra buildings but a yard.
(Recommended for ca. 1’800 to 2’500 sq. ft.)
35 - 40 images
Best for a home with 4 bedrooms, office, finished lower level etc.
(Recommended for ca. 2’500 sq. ft to 3’500 sq. ft.)
Unlimited Images
Best for a large home with many extra rooms, large yard with interesting things.
Finished lower level.
Pick this option if you like shots of everyting.
(Recommended for ca. 3’500 sq.ft upwards)
(Amount of photos on photographers discretion)

Do you as a realtor / builder / designer own the photos?

Simply put, No.
Studio 562 Photo holds the copyrights to all photos, videos and data.
You are receiving a one-time usage right for the property.
Do not sell the photos or give them to another realtor.
If the owner would like copies of the photos, please let me know, that is usually not a problem.

Do I need to make a list of photos that I want?

That will not be necessary. With 15 years of experience, I know what to photograph.
Every room will be covered, and I typically shoot multiple angles from the main rooms.
Sometimes a basement is not worth showing, so just let me know that.
Garages will not be photographed unless it’s very special and you ask for it.
For special outdoor places (beach, extra barns, signs, community playgrounds, tennis court, river, etc.) you can order those extra on the ordering page and add notes.

Do I need to be there when you work?

As long as I have a key or lockbox code, I will be perfectly fine in an empty house.
That usually speeds things up and you will get the files faster.
Of course owners can be there and we just arrange that they wait in a different room.
I try to let them work if it’s a home office situation and shoot that room in the end.

I treat every home’s privacy with the most respect and leave things the way they were.

Important note about pets:
If you have pets, esp. a dog, please make sure that the dog will not greet me outside
or is walking around freely as I work. (Trust me, I absolutely love animals, but they are very curious, and I’ve had many in shots that follow me around or take a nap on the porch)
